Science & You, international event on scientific and technical culture

The Regalor team at the science&you congress Science & You is an international event of scientific and technical culture organised by Université de Lorraine. The objective of the congress is to think about continuous and emerging challenges of the ST Culture, mixing perspectives between research and exchange of experiences. The congress will take place from November, 16th - 19th, 2021 at the Convention Center of Metz (Moselle - France). Further information on the Science & You website On this occasion, researchers of the Regalor project submitted two communications, that you can find in the program of the congress: Wednesday, 17th November, from 15:30 to 16:45: "La science prise pour cible, une stratégie d'évitement pour les antis" with Jacques Pironon and Philippe de Donato (GeoRessources) Thursday, 18th November from 17:00 to 18:15: "La transition énergétique en débat", a round-table discussion animated by Marie-France Agnoletti (PErSEUs), with Michel Deshaies (LOTERR), Laura Barbier (PErSEUs), Manuel Isnardon (LOTERR) and Céline Kutlu (IRENEE)

Visit of the Wendel Miners Museum

Previous Next The Regalor project team visited the Miners Museum On Thursday 8th July 2021, members of the Regalor project had the opportunity to visit the Miners Museum and the mine at the Wendel Explor Park in Petite-Rosselle (Moselle, France) Located on a former coal mine closed in 1862, this museum retraces the geology and history of the region, but also the daily life of the coal miners. The team was also able to immerse themselved in a life-size reconstruction of a coal mine sites in Lorraine, some of which have vertiginous inclinations!

Monitoring committee of the Regalor projct

Monitoring committee of the regalor project The monitoring committee for the first semester of 2021, in hybrid physical and digital format, took place on Tuesday 22nd June. Recruitment, research, progress on the pilot site, communication... this committee was an opportunity to review the highlights of the last six months.  Partners, funders and researchers were able to exchange views on the profress of the project at the halfway point, but also to outline the directions for the next six months.
